Hopefully, by the end of this period, students will be able to
1. learn about the background and main idea of the film “Forrest Gump”.
2. master the reading strategy about how to read the excerpt from a movie script, such as reading lines, narrations and voice-overs.
3. appreciate the characters’ personality and dub the film.
4. understand the life philosophy reflected in the film.
